Product Care

Our products are high quality and made with lots of love and care so that they last you for years to come! Here are some tips on how to look after your keepsakes so that you get the maximum life out of them.

WOODEN PRODUCTS

For general cleaning and maintenance, use a dry dusting cloth or feather duster to remove dust and dirt from your wooden keepsake. Please do not submerge your wooden product in water or leave it exposed under the sun for long periods of time as this may cause the colours to change and timber to warp. Our pieces are intended for indoor use, out of direct sunlight.

For more permanent marks we recommend using a fine sand paper. Lightly and evenly sand over the spot in the direction of the wood grain. This will sand off the top layer of wood, and hopefully your little mark along with it. Do not apply too much pressure or focus on one spot for too long as this could affect the appearance of any engraving on your piece.

For products that are intended for you to write on (for example, our baby announcement discs) we recommend using a fine tip marker or pen and testing your marker on the back of the disc before using on the front.

ACRYLIC PRODUCTS

Use a dry, microfibre cloth to gently wipe the surface of the acrylic to remove any dust or fingerprints.
