ORDERING + PRODUCTS
Can I make changes to my order?
Due to the custom nature of my wooden products, most sales are made to order. Once I have received your custom details and commenced the laser process I am unable to offer a refund. If however, you realised you have made a mistake at the checkout or changed your mind please contact me ASAP within the hour and I will do my best to find a solution.
If you would like to add another item to your order before it has shipped contact me ASAP. If your previous order has not shipped yet then we can hold it back until your new order is fulfilled and we will combine the items into one package to save you postage costs.
How can I clean my wooden keepsake?

How can I display my plaques?
There are many ways you can display your special piece.
For pieces that come with holes and hanging string you can:
- hang it off a wall hook (either a permanent wall hook or a removable one like Scotch or 3M mounting wall hooks)
- Hang on a coat rack or something similar
- Use a mounting tape to stick on to a wall, door or hard flat surface
- Display on a shelf or picture rail/ledge
For pieces without string, you can:
- Stick to a wall, door or hard flat surface. We recommend using 3M Command mounting strips or something similar.
- Display on a shelf or picture rail/ledge
For the bunting, once you've strung all the pieces together you can:
- Attach to a hook at each end on a wall (either with permanent wall hooks or removable ones like Scotch or 3M mounting wall hooks)
- Tie between two poles, trees, frames etc.
What can I write on my DIY detail plaques with?
I recommend using any colour pen, pencil, fine liner or fine tip marker to write on your plaque. My personal favourite choice is a metallic fine tip marker. Using a thick texta or sharpie can result in the words bleeding onto the wood. It is a good idea to do a small spot test with your pen or marker on the back to ensure you are happy with the result before writing on the front.

How long will my order take?
Currently 3 - 5 business days to make, excluding delivery.

Where will my order be posted from?
We are based in a lower suburb of the Blue Mountains, Australia. All orders will be posted from our studio there.
My order arrived broken, what should I do?
I'm so sorry! We package our orders carefully, ensuring they have sufficient padding and protection but we do understand that these things happen.
Email us straight away to let us know. Please include photographs in the original packaging so that we can see what's happened. Please be mindful that we need this information from you within 48 hours of delivery. We can then discuss with you what to do next.
In some cases, if part of your order has been damaged during transit, you may need to contact Australia Post directly, to lodge a claim with them. A tracking number will be included in the shipping confirmation email you received from us. You can use this number to submit a claim for compensation with Australia Post - if all or part of your order was damaged - during transit. We recommend doing so within a 48 hour period after receiving your order.
If you do lodge a claim with Australia Post, please let us know, so that we can contact you with any communication Australia Post provides us regarding your order. Australia Post will only allow compensation claims for 30 days after receipt of your parcel.
