The below Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Little Ko Creative website. By engaging in our service, you’re assumed to have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and are therefore bound by these Terms and Conditions, at all times, whilst interacting with our brand. This website is operated by Little Ko Creative and powered by Shopify.
SERVICE
At Little Ko Creative we pride ourselves on our unique, high quality designs and products. We specialise in wooden decor and gifts, along with custom orders and graphic design. We also value our customers and strive to offer the best possible customer service at all times.

Little Ko Creative reserve the right to refuse service to any one, at any point in time, if we deem the person to be misusing or abusing our service in an unlawful manner.
We also reserve the right to make alterations to our service, products or prices at any time without notice or consequence.
PRODUCTS
At Little Ko Creative we ensure we use images and descriptions that are a true reflection of our products. We cannot be held accountable for any differences in colour or appearance as a result of variations in calibration of your computer monitor or devices used to access our website and social media pages. Our products may vary slightly in colour to those shown on your monitor and devices.
As our products are designed and handmade by Little Ko Creative, and mostly made from birch laserply, they may differ slightly from product to product. Any variation that may exist in colour, grain, appearance or otherwise, is not considered a fault but rather a contributing factor to the beauty and uniqueness of each product. No two pieces will ever be the same. We always strive to source and provide high qaulity materials, and therefore, products.
Product Safety
All of our wooden products are intended for use by an adult and are not recommended for children to play with. Please ensure they are kept out of reach from little fingers and are not hung above cots and beds.
Warning for keepsakes containing magnets:
WARNING! CHOKING HAZARD. THIS IS NOT A TOY. The product may contain small magnet(s). Swallowed magnets can stick together across intestines causing serious infections and death. Seek immediate medical attention if magnet(s) and/or small parts are swallowed or inhaled. Our magnets are intended for use by an adult and are not recommended for children to play with. Please ensure they are kept out of reach from little fingers.
Warning for keepsakes containing string:
WARNING! CHOKING HAZARD. THIS IS NOT A TOY. This product contains a long chord and could be a choking hazard. These are not designed as toys and should never be left unattended with children or hung above or within reach of a child's bed or cot. Ensure that they are hung securely and out of the reach of children at all times.
Product Care
We don’t offer a warranty period for any of our products so we recommend that you read our care instructions to ensure that your product lasts for many many years to come. You can find our care instructions here.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES + CANCELLATIONS
Returns policy is 14 business days for non-personalised products. If the 14 business days have passed since your purchase, we can no longer offer you a refund or exchange.
A business day is Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm AEST local time, and excludes weekends and public holidays.
Returns and exchanges must be shipped back to Little Ko Creative at the buyer's cost. There are no refunds any shipping costs of the item, or the cost of the return to Little Ko Creative.
Personalised Products
Personalised products do not qualify for a refund, exchange or return due to change of mind, incorrect details left by the customer at the time of purchase or misuse (being used in any way other than the intended use) of our products.
However, if a product arrives faulty or damaged, has incorrect details as a mistake by Little Ko Creative, or any other error on our behalf.
We will be happy to refund or replace your item. Contact us here.
Non-personalised Products
For non-personalised products to be eligible for a return, goods must be unused, undamaged and accompanied by your proof of purchase. Please contact us here before returning any products. If the item is not received back to Little Ko Creative, then a refund can not be issued.
The customer is responsible for paying for shipping costs when returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If a customer receives a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund.
Custom Orders, Gift Cards and Sale Items
Custom orders, gift cards and sale items are a final sale. They are strictly non refundable and cannot be exchanged unless there was an error on our, Little Ko Creative's, behalf.
Can not be delivered
If a parcel is unable to be delivered due to an incorrect delivery address, or if the parcel is returned to Little Ko Creative as undelivered, we will need to pass on the postage charge to the customer to send it again.
Cancellations
Little Ko Creative do not offer cancellations on orders. We can offer you a store credit for the value of your order should you wish to cancel your order after placing it. However, if your order is personalised and is already in production, we are unable to cancel, refund or provide a store credit.
PROMOTIONS
From time to time we may offer promotions including, but not limited to, discount codes, vouchers or giveaways. These promotions will only be valid for the specified periods, and all conditions must be complied with in order to successfully redeem or qualify for promotional benefits. Vouchers won as part of our promotional giveaways are not valid with any other offer and cannot be applied after a purchase is complete. Vouchers and products won can not be returned for a refund or exchange.REVIEWS AND FEEDBACK
We always welcome reviews, thoughts and feedback about our products, service, website and media pages by our users and customers. We reserve the right to publicly display any reviews and feedback received and shared with us through all platforms used by Little Ko Creative. If we decide to share your feedback we will only ever use your first name, product or service the feedback is about and/or your social media handle if relevant.If you do not wish for us to share your feedback please notify us when sharing with us.
PAYMENT
All prices in our store and listed in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and our store is hosted by Shopify.At the checkout PayPal is available as a payment method. It is one of the safest payment options available on the internet and it accepts all major crdit and debit cards. Please note that you do not need a PayPal account to securely checkout and pay with PayPal. We cannot be held responsible for any declined payments or delays in payment clearance, and we cannot fulfill any orders until payment has been recieved in full.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Under the Copyright Act 1968 all designs, images, photographs, logos, text, HTML code and works shown on this site, www.littlekocreative.com.au (and all other media sites conducted by the business Little Ko Creative) are original to and owned by Little Ko Creative and are protected by Australian Copyright laws. Replication, reproduction, copies and the reselling of our products in any way, without expressed written consent is prohibited by law.
The use of our intellectual property without expressed written consent is strictly forbidden. Legal action may be taken against any person or persons who is found to be replicating or misusing our intellectual property.
CHANGES TO TERMS + CONDITIONS
Little Ko Creative reserves the right to update and make alterations to our Terms and Conditions without notice or consequence.
